Refund policy

All Sales Final

At AntiquesEtcetera, all sales are final. Due to the unique and one-of-a-kind nature of our antique and vintage items, we do not accept returns or issue refunds except in the following circumstances:

  1. Wrong Item Shipped: If you receive an item different from what you ordered, please contact us within 7 days of delivery. We will arrange for the correct item to be sent or issue a full refund, including return shipping costs.

  2. Significant Misrepresentation: If you believe an item was materially and significantly misdescribed (condition, age, authenticity, or other key attributes), please contact us within 7 days of delivery with detailed photos and a written explanation. We will review each case individually and, if the claim is substantiated, offer a return and full refund. Buyer pays return shipping unless otherwise agreed.

All items are carefully described and photographed to accurately represent their condition, age, and any known flaws consistent with their age.
