12-Plate Collection Wedgwood Peabody Museum Salem Ship Series, 1949
Set of twelve different Wedgwood blue transferware commemorative plates issued in 1949 for the 150th Anniversary of the Peabody Museum of Salem, Massachusetts. Each plate depicts a different historic Salem vessel and features vessel-specific historical information on the reverse, documenting the ship’s tonnage, voyages, ownership, and original museum artwork source. These measure an impressive 10 3/4" diameter - perfect for display or use!

This is quite an interesting historical grouping of maritime history with most in very nice condition. I have tried to document any damage I see, but they are quite old, so you might find other very slight issues on close inspection.
