Antique Oil Kerosene Burner London Venus Lamp Works 1 1/4" Thread w/ Chimney

This is an antique brass kerosene or oil lamp burner—British made by B. Cars Ltd (Venus Lamp Works), London.

It features 1 1/4" threading, 1" wick, and includes the correct-size clear glass chimney with 2 1/16" diameter fitter rim. The thumbwheel is embossed "VENUS LAMP WORKS" and "B C L" The wick advances smoothly as designed.

It is in nice antique condition with visible patina consistent with age and use.

Approximate measurements: 10 1/4" high, 2" diameter top rim, 1 1/4" threading. Wick installed and functional.
