Geo. Duncan QUARTERED BLOCK Kerosene or Oil Stand Lamp #2 Collar Elegant Antique
This is an antique "Quartered Block" glass kerosene or oil stand lamp produced by Geo. Duncan's Sons and Company, Washington, Pennsylvania, in the 1890s.
This lovely high-quality piece features a brass collar and is documented in Thuro, book 1, pages 298–299. This particular lamp retains its beauty and nearly always looks far younger than its years - it's very pretty.
Very nice used antique condition with rubbing to the underside of the base from age and use—a natural patina of time.
Approximate measurements: 1 3/16" collar threading (no. 2 size), 8 7/8" high, 4 3/4" diameter base. Vintage items show age and use—this is normal and expected. Device displays vary; colors may differ in person.
Shipping is typically via UPS with carrier-set rates, or USPS for P.O. Box delivery.
