Model 4211 - classic Art Nouveau design by J.P. Kayser Sohn, characterized by the elegant, flowing lines and the high-quality pewter finish typical of their best work; the flared cup, baluster stem with knops, and stepped round base are all hallmarks of Kayserzinn's early work

Purchased at auction from among a beautiful group of pewter collected by Charles W. Danforth, Baltimore, who was a proud member of the Pewter Collectors' Club as well as an enthusiastic collector for over 15 years, having been born and raised in Massachusetts and drawn to the early American collections throughout New England and the Mid-Atlantic area

This is a lovely piece that could use polishing; exactly as shown
