Pewter Creamer Syrup Flagon w/ Touchmarks / Lorenzo Della Bianca Acorns & Chain

Antique pewter syrup pitcher, creamer, or covered flagon from the renowned Della Bianca pewterage dynasty of Valais, Switzerland (workshop established circa 1863).

This exceptional piece bears multiple touchmarks including the distinctive Wallas shield with three columns of stars, a crowned letter "F," and Lorenzo Della Bianca's circular hallmark, plus a fleur de lis mark on the interior base. Striking design features include a heavy linked-chain handle and double acorn thumb grips adorning the hinged lid. The heart-shaped lid adds distinctive charm to this collectible.

Provenance: Acquired at auction from the esteemed collection of Charles W. Danforth of Baltimore, a dedicated Pewter Collectors' Club member and passionate 15+ year collector with deep roots in New England and Mid-Atlantic early American pewter traditions.

Condition: Very nice used antique condition, exactly as pictured. Includes original auction tag found inside the piece.
