Victorian Cherub Motif Water Set Art Glass Wave Crest Style Pitcher & 3 Tumblers

This is a lovely Victorian glass water set featuring a Wave Crest style pitcher and three matching tumblers. It features opaque white glass with polychrome-enamel cherub transfer prints and gold borders.

Victorian households often displayed decorative water sets on bedroom washstands. This surviving example features charming cherub decoration and includes the pitcher plus three matching tumblers.

The globular pitcher stands 8½" tall with a cylindrical neck and blue applied handle. Three tumblers measure 3¾" high.

Authentic antique condition with expected wear: gold trim shows patina on tumblers, minor flake visible inside one rim, and pitcher displays original rough pontil mark on base with slight unevenness at handle juncture. A charming period piece reflecting Victorian decorative sensibilities.
