Antique set of 3 pewter mugs / tumblers / tankards

Each in nice antique condition

The mug has an applied Queen Anne style handle

The tallest tumbler is extremely high quality and very heavy; the touchmark is shown, which looks to be from William Watson, a London-based pewterer beginning in 1770, who produced high-quality "Brittania metal" (as closely as I can tell)

The accompanying information found inside the tallest will be included

Purchased at auction from among a beautiful group of pewter collected by Charles W. Danforth, Baltimore, who was a proud member of the Pewter Collectors' Club as well as an enthusiastic collector for over 15 years, having been born and raised in Massachusetts and drawn to the early American collections throughout New England and the Mid-Atlantic area

Very nice used antique condition; some minor scattered wear

Tallest item (with the hallmark) is 4 1/4" high

Please look closely at the pictures; they are part of the description.  We are describing what we see but you are the expert. If described as VINTAGE or ANTIQUE, it should never be expected to look like new. Color or image quality displayed on your device may not be exactly as the item appears in person, since each device has different display settings.

SHIPPING - Please Read: Our items are typically shipped UPS with prices fixed by the carrier. We have added the USPS option in the case of shipping to a P.O. Box. The selling platform retains a percentage of our shipping fees so not all of what you pay actually comes to us. We are not able to offer discounts or invoice you for shipping charges outside of the U.S.

Please consider that you are easily able to browse our listings to purchase items that cost us time (hours at auctions and "clean-up" time) and money (travel, shipping supplies, etc.) to present to you, and contact us with any serious concerns before posting low feedback or star ratings.  We will do our best to respond promptly.
