Smooth and heavy, high-quality glass with a wide base and a spill guard top rim
8 panels with the large block at the top under which are 4 smaller "quartered" blocks

Very nice used and useable antique condition; no chips or cracks - rubbing to base from age and use
Approximate measurements (may vary slightly): 8 1/8" high to top of brass collar, 4 5/8" diameter base, 7/8" collar threading for no. 1 burner
