Grand Val's Time Indicating Oil Lamp Miniature Pride of America w/ Beehive Shade

This is an mazing find - a miniature "Grand Val's Time Indicating Lamp" with oil or kerosene burner from circa 1881. This charming piece features a ribbed cylinder-form font with one flat side embossed with numerals marking nighttime hours (8–12, 1–6).

The circular base bears the maker's mark: "TIME & LIGHT PRIDE OF AMERICA / GRAND-VAL'S PERFECT TIME INDICATING LAMP," though embossing is mostly worn from age and use.

It is topped with an opaque white beehive shade and period collar and fitted with a period single-tube burner by Bristol Brass & Clock Company.

Nice antique condition with expected patina. The wick requires replacement due to deterioration.
