Pewter two-handled open sugar bowl by Old Colony Pewter, J.B. N.Y. Features ornate Victorian arms with a scalloped petal top rim. This lovely piece showcases the craftsmanship of early American pewter work and would benefit from polishing to restore its full luster.

Provenance: Purchased at auction from the collection of Charles W. Danforth of Baltimore, a dedicated member of the Pewter Collectors' Club with over 15 years of collecting experience. Danforth's passion for early American pieces drew him throughout New England and the Mid-Atlantic region.
