Antique Overshot Glass Pitcher, Swirl Molded with Applied Arched Reeded Handle

This is a lovely 19th century overshot glass swirl-molded pitcher with a pretty high-arched reeded handle. The piece parallels examples documented in Barlow/Kaiser's The Glass Industry in Sandwich, Vol. 4 (p. 109, fig. 4083; p. 111, fig. 4086; p. 112, fig. 4089), reflecting the refined craftsmanship of American glassmaking from this era.  It is truly a distinguished addition to any collection of 19th century American glassware.

Condition: Nice used antique condition; I do see an interior hairline at the top of the reeded handle just above where it joins to the pitcher
