It is complete and ready to use, with a lovely shade, chimney, double-wick burner including wicks

This lamp was made in England and has a weighted base for safety

Approximate measurements (may vary slightly): 24" to top of chimney, shade is 10 1/2" diameter overall, has a 6 7/8" fitter rim, and is 9 1/2" high

There is a small separation in the brass at the base of the lamp that does not affect use in any way (see pic - circled)
